Displacer Cloak

As an action, the wearer of this cloak can activate its magical property to project an illusion that causes the attuner to appear to be standing in a place near their actual location. This illusion grants attackers disadvantage on attack rolls against the attuner. The effect lasts until the wearer takes damage, at which point the illusion ceases and the cloak's magic becomes dormant until the start of the attuner's next turn.
While the ability is active and the attuner takes no damage after 1 minute the cloak become dormant until the wearer completes a long rest.
This magical property does not function when the wearer is incapacitated, restrained, or otherwise unable to move, indicating that the cloak's magic requires the wearer's movement to sustain the illusion.
