Kitsune

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 1. Kitsunes are known for their alluring and mysterious nature.


Age. Kitsunes mature at the same rate humans do and reach adulthood around the age of 20. They can live to be more than 150 years.


Alignment. Kitsune are generally neutral, always in balance with the spirit world. However, their alignment can be swayed by their connection with specific spirits.


Size. Kitsune vary in height, averaging between 5 to 6 feet. Your size is Medium.


Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.


Darkvision. You have superior vision in dark and dim conditions.


Keen Senses: You gain proficiency in the Perception skill.


Tails of the Ancestors: All Kitsune possess at least one tail but can be born with up to three tails.

Spiritual Bond: Once per long rest, you can summon an ancestral spirit for guidance. For 10 minutes, you gain advantage on all Wisdom-based checks.


Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Sylvan.

Kocho Kitsune

Appearance: These Kitsune resemble humanoid foxes, having a more pronounced fox features like a snout, furred bodies, and vividly colored fur.


Ability Score Increase: Your Intelligence score increases by 2.


Trickster's Step: Once per long rest, you can cast the "Misty Step" spell.


Favored by Spirits: Spirits tend to be more favorable towards Kitsune and aids you throughout your journey. Once per long rest you may summon a spirit to aid you granting you one of the following:

Appearance: These Kitsune have less prominent fox features. They might have fox ears, a bushy tail, and patches of fur on their extremities.


Ability Score Increase: Your Wisdom score increases by 2.


Ancestral Guidance: You can cast the "Guidance" cantrip.


Favored by Spirits: Spirits tend to be more favorable towards Kitsune and aids you throughout your journey. Once per long rest you may summon a spirit to aid you granting you one of the following:
